Please enter in only one name per line. Include the length of time you taught the student next to the students name and a comma between students Example: John Smith 1 HR. If the student was not taught and you want to charge the student for a late cancellation or a no show please write the reason next to the student’s name.

If a client informs you that they will need to cancel a lesson or reschedule a lesson please text the office while you are with the student at the time of the request.
Please make sure you submit your attendance no later then 11:00 P.M. on Fridays. If you submit your attendance after 11:00 P.M. on Fridays your pay will be prepossessed the next week we receive your attendance on time.
